Ksanka (Kootenai) beaded moccasins. Beadwork is a geometric motif of red, blue and pink diamonds and triangles on a white background with letters "AH" beaded on outer heels. Beadwork extends around back of ankle. Ca. 1890. Right heel is worn through. |
