Description |
Chief Koostatah's beaded moccasins. Beadwork consists of three pink stacked geometric shapes decreasing in size, outlined in a red stepped border on a white background with a blue and white striped border around the entire foot, extending to the back of the shoe, which ends in two bands of beads: one alternates in black/white and one is pink, black and multi-colored. High ankles with wrap-around ties. Red and black fabric trim on the ankles. White ermine secured around base of ankle. |
